Richard was great! Fixed a 60 yr old shower making a modification of a cartridge spring because we could not find the exact cartridge! Plumbing experience and ingenuity all at once! I'm very pleased with the service and the repair and I found the price reasonable! 5 Star rating goes more toward Richard's plumbing ingenuity to fix a 60 yr old hot water shower cartridge!

Colt thoroughly checked out my attic for leaks and explained why I was hearing dripping sounds that were not in fact water but temperature expansions in a corner. He fixed a couple of minor things in the bathroom. Colt is very personable and explains beautifully. He was a pleasure to have in the house.
